A message dated June 6, 2000, was received stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 368(JUD)                                  
"An Act relating to release of persons before trial and before                
sentencing or service of sentence; relating to when service of                 
sentence shall begin; and relating to custodians of persons                    
released, to security posted on behalf of persons released, and to
